Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in the Jakarta Area. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities for our AI-driven HR products.

You will act as a bridge between technology and human capital, using your HR background to speak the language of HR Directors and People Managers. Your mission is to show how our AI solutions can streamline recruitment, enhance compliance, and drive organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outreach: Generate a consistent pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and social selling (LinkedIn).
Consultative Sales: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that specifically address HR pain points (e.g., recruitment efficiency, labor law compliance).
Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong professional relationships with HR decision-makers and C-suite executives.
Deal Closing: Negotiate terms and close contracts to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Insights: Stay updated on HR trends and Indonesian labor laws to provide expert-level advice to potential clients.

Requirements & Qualifications

Kategori | Persyaratan Sales Experience | 3-5 years of proven experience in Business Development or B2B Sales (Experience in HR Tech/SaaS is a strong advantage). HR Knowledge | Prior experience or deep understanding of Human Resources (e.g., recruitment, policy development, or employee relations). Education | Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Communication | Strong negotiation, public speaking, and written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English). Tech Mindset | Comfortable with AI technology and able to explain technical features in a way that resonates with HR professionals. Attributes | Result-oriented, resilient, and highly organized with a "hunter" mindset for new business.
