Pengalaman 1-2 tahun dalam posisi yang sama.
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang baik, serta orientasi pada customer dan penjualan.

Uraian Pekerjaan:

Menentukan strategi penjualan yang tepat, dari retail sampai industri.
Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi persuasif baik lisan maupun tulisan, dan kemampuan upselling.
Memberikan laporan hasil pekerjaan dan survei pasar kepada leader.
Bersedia melakukan Business Trip keluar kota untuk mengunjungi customer.
Menerima feedback informasi dari customer atau toko, dan bersikap solutif dalam mengambil keputusan.
